After the validation of the specifications with your teams , we develop the document "Request for Proposal".
The RFP is communicated to CISIOffshore's partners network having for purpose to identify the best offer in terms of technical, financial and minimal risks benefits. This offer is then integrated into the process of delivery management of CISIOffshore that will be presented to you. The CISIOffshore's network allow us to reach a significant number of service providers conforming to your time requirements. This is the way for you to take advantage of the international competition.
The development is done at the offshore site. Your CISIOffshore project leader makes sure the delivery is done according to your specifications and within time and budget. He is your representative which stays in close relation with our partners, with whom he manages the project and keeps you informed of the progression by mean of a personalised reporting in French, English or Spanish.
The project
leader coordinates the tests and keep continuous contact with our offshore
team.
Our on site/offshore model allows, in most of the cases, to work around the
clock, ( 24/24). Tests and results analysis during day; fix, if required,
at night, delivered on the morning for new test.
On your request, we can provide you with the full set of actions to cover
all your test requirements (eg. workload, non-regression, acceptance, etc)
Your CISIOffshore
project leader is present in every steps of deployment and pass to production,
assuring a coordination between your teams and our partner teams.
The on site/offshore model facilitates the knowledge transfer to your teams.
Additionally, and at your convenience, we prepare a Service Level Agreement
related to your specific needs in the application management.
