Emmanuel Fontaine
Graduate
from Political Sciences in 1988 and Master in Technology Transfer in 1990,
Emmanuel held different responsibilities as Organization and Project manager
within the finance community from 1990 to 1996.
In 1997, Emmanuel created the Quality function within GE Capital Commercial
Finance France. This new structure contributed significantly to the business
growth.
In 1998, Emmanuel was promoted to Operations European Director . During this
new assignment, Emmanuel was instrumental in creating a new outsourcing concept
for GE in Europe. This start-up, providing Total Receivables Management across
Europe, gained an immediate market recognition with more than 7 Billions $
of volume and 42 millions $ Net Income within 4 years after the start-up.
In 2000, Emmanuel was promoted to Chief Information Officer Europe of this
entity.
Emmanuel launched two main initiatives; the consolidation and simplification
of systems in order to penetrate the South American and Asia market and the
extensive use of IT Offshore providers to insure scalability and cost savings.

Joachin Fuentes
Engineer graduate from the Universidad Ponficia de Comillas ( Madrid), in 1990, Joaquin joined NISSAN as R § D engineer. While in charge of improving the performance of the new generation of NISSAN, he completed his education at the Southampton University. In 1995, Joachin joined GE Capital Fleet Services, responsible for Clients Services and Maintenance. Convinced of the effectiveness of Six Sigma methodology in process improvement and customers’ satisfaction, he reorganized his business processes generating significant costs savings, a robust productivity increase and, last but not least, an alignment of the business processes to match Clients expectations. His performance underlined by his rigorous and systematic approach did not go unnoticed. In 1999, Joachin was promoted to Quality Director of GE Capital Finance France whereby as a Member of the Management Team, he communicated his vision to them. In charge of the reengineering of several departments, he completely redesigned their business processes integrating to the largest extent, automatization and outsourcing.
Sian Pearce
Major of the Business School of Manchester graduate in 1997 and of the « Ecole de Commerce de Grenoble” (France - program «Erasmus»), Sîan was solicited by General Electric in order to participate in the Financial Management Program during which time, she followed intensive training at the Harvard Business School and get professional experiences within the industrial and financial companies of the group in Europe. In 1999, Sîan participated actively in the consolidation in Hungary, a part of the financial services group of GE Lighting Europe. In charge of the standardisation and the implementation of complex processes integrating the legal and tax constraints of 14 countries, Sîan was recognized for her contribution to one of the first Shared Services Centre in Eastern Europe. After this positive experience, she adds a new dimension to her career by accepting a Black Belt Six Sigma role for GE European Equipment Finance (1.200 heads, 6 billions $ volume) based in Paris.
